Check your email

Within a minute or two you will get an email from LucidTicks with a link to set your password. That link is what gets you into the members area. If it has not arrived in ten minutes, check your spam folder — it is the single most common place for it to end up.

Download your files

Once you are in, everything you bought is under Downloads, always at the latest version, alongside the user manuals. Nothing expires and there is no separate licence file to keep track of.

Get yourself licensed

If you bought a NinjaTrader tool, go to NinjaTrader Licensing in the members area and give us the email address you log into NinjaTrader with. We set your licence up against it and email you when it is live. If you bought Clarity, your licence key is waiting under Clarity Licence.

Your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy, who handle payment and tax on our behalf, so their name may appear on your statement rather than ours. Keep that email — it is your proof of purchase. If anything at all looks wrong, tell us and we will sort it out.
